Everything you need to keep your Go Book account ready to play: how to pay for membership and lights, and how to keep your personal details up to date.
Members pay membership fees and court lights through Go Book, our club management system. Membership fees are due each February, invoiced via Go Book and payable by 1 March — pay before 31 January for a 10% discount. Lights credit is pre-loaded funds; without it, bookings and court access won't work, so it's worth keeping at least one session's worth topped up.
Card, EFT or SnapScan via the in-app gateway.
Bank transfer straight to the club account.
Tap or swipe at the Club Bar.
At the Club Bar during clubhouse hours.
Use your full name as reference, plus the payment reason if there's space. Email proof of payment to accounts@milnertonsquash.co.za — funds are only loaded once we receive it.

Club management loads payments Monday–Friday 5pm–8pm and Saturdays 12:30pm–4pm, once proof of payment is received. Club Bar payments (cash/Yoco) are usually processed the next day.
Fees charged by the payment gateway are passed on — e.g. to reflect R100 in your lights account via card, you'd pay R106.21.
Your personal details are used for club communications only. Keeping them current means you won't miss important updates — the committee asks members to update their own details in Go Book as they change.
Log into Go Book, select Profile, then Personal Details & Notification Options or Contact Details.
